The exciting mix of cultures over its long heritage have granted us tangy, vibrant cheeses and rugged fruity wines to wash them down.  Join us Wednesday, November 18th while we sample both and tell you a bit about what makes them so spectacular. Wendy Hunsinger, Katzinger’s Specialty Foods manager will share the evening with Ken Harvey of Cutting Edge Wines as they delve into the tastes and textures of these indigenous treats.
